Subject: Kanalog servo tuning
I know a few have posted some good servo tuning instructions / suggestions. on adjusting the PI and D along with velosity, acceleration and jerk.

Hi Albert,

None.  Kanalog has +/-10V analog signals normally used to control analog servo drives.

Kanalog has 8 A/B differential encoder inputs.

If you need Step/Dir outputs up to 8 are available from KFLOP with Kanalog Connected with some restrictions:

- To use 4 Step/Dir from KFLOP JP5 it must be disconnected from Kanalog which results in the loss of 4 Kanalog differential encoder inputs.
- The 4 Step/Dir outputs from JP7 must be mux'ed to JP4 and JP6.  Two of the 4 can then not be "open collector" outputs.

I hope this helps.
